Support Checklist
If you are experiencing difficulties with your internet connection here are a few simple steps you can try to improve your connection.
A.) Make sure you have up to date antivirus running on your system. We recommend ESET NOD32 Anti-virus:

B.) Make sure you have up to date antispyware running on your system. We recommend Lavasoft Ad Aware.

C.) Make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest updates from Microsoft Windows Updates. You can check that your system is up to date here:
D.) Turn the power to your Antenna and Wireless Router (if installed) off and back on again and wait two minutes for your antennae to reconnect to the access point.
If you are still experiencing connection issues and you believe it is due to our equipment please contact us and we will arrange an engineer to call to your location.
Please Note:- We monitor our equipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we are normally aware of any issue before our customers are. If we find that the issue is not due to a fault with our equipment then a callout fee of €50 will apply.
